Robert Roddie will lead the team as the Head Coach for Georgia Impact WPSL for the 2024 season. Robert is in his 11th year at GA Impact and is currently the girls' director of coaching. He is from Glasgow, Scotland, and moved to Georgia on a soccer scholarship at Reinhardt University.
Previous experience includes:
Assistant Coach at Life University Men's team for 4 years, Assistant Coach at Apotheos FC (NPSL) and Glasgow Rangers FC Soccer Schools. He holds a USSF B license and is currently sitting his UEFA B license through the Scottish FA. Robert resides in Kennesaw with his wife Lauren, son William and daughter Madison.

Fernando De Barros will return for his second year as an Assistant Coach for Georgia Impact WPSL this summer. Coach Fernando joined the Impact family two seasons ago as Technical Director. He is from Caracas, Venezuela, and has two years of previous professional playing experience.
Coach Fernando has experience at Apotheos FC (NPSL) as an Assistant Coach, Shorter University (NCAA DII) as an Assistant Coach for the Men's and Women's programs, YMCA Arsenal Rome as Director of Coaching, and Southern Soccer Academy as Assistant Director of Coaching. He is currently enrolled for his USSF "B" license.

Wesley Lutz is entering his second year as Assistant Coach on the Georgia Impact WPSL Staff. Wesley is currently in his third year as a coach at Georgia Impact's youth ranks.
Before that, he spent six years as a director at Southern Soccer Academy. In addition to his work at the youth level, he spent 3 years on the staff at Georgia State with the women's team and one with the men. Before that, he had experience at the college level with Oglethorpe University, Emory University, and Truett McConnell.
