Robert Roddie will lead the team as the Head Coach for Georgia Impact WPSL for the 2024 season. Robert is in his 12th year at GA Impact and is currently the girls' director of coaching. He is from Glasgow, Scotland, and moved to Georgia on a soccer scholarship at Reinhardt University.
Previous experience includes:
Assistant Coach at Life University Men's team for 4 years, Assistant Coach at Apotheos FC (NPSL) and Glasgow Rangers FC Soccer Schools. He holds a USSF B license and is currently sitting his UEFA B license through the Scottish FA. Robert resides in Woodstock with his wife Lauren, son William and daughter Madison.

Juan Peña will join the Coaching Staff for his first year as an Assistant Coach for Georgia Impact WPSL this summer. He is originally from San Cristóbal, Táchira, Venezuela. Juan is currently in his fifth year as a coach at Impact’s youth academy.
Juan has playing experience in the UPSL with
Vinotinto ATL and the Georgia Impact UPSL team, as well as with youth professional academies in Venezuela, such as Deportivo Táchira F.C. and Politáchira F.C. Coach Juan currently holds a USSF “B” license.

Wesley Lutz is entering his third year as Assistant Coach on the Georgia Impact WPSL Staff. Wesley is currently in his fourth year as a coach at Georgia Impact's youth ranks.
Before that, he spent six years as a director at Southern Soccer Academy. In addition to his work at the youth level, he spent 3 years on the staff at Georgia State with the women's team and one with the men. Before that, he had experience at the college level with Oglethorpe University, Emory University, and Truett McConnell.
